We are currently helping our client find a UX/UI Designer to join their growing team in Eindhoven. Your Role
Resourcers is helping find a Junior/Mid-level UX/UI Designer to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge digital ecosystem. In this role, you’ll advocate for seamless, user-friendly design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent design values and vision.

Your Responsibilities
🎨 Design System: Contribute to the in-house design system by designing, maintaining, and aligning design resources to follow a universal design style.
🔄 End-to-End UX Design: Help create well-defined user flows and journeys, mapped from start to finish.
📐 Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes (high and low fidelity), and interactive mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively.
🧪 User Research & Discovery: Use methodologies like user interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions.
🤝 Holistic Collaboration & Openness: Engage with professionals from diverse backgrounds to discuss and communicate design ideas.
🔄 Adaptability & Flexibility: Take on tasks beyond UX, including visual and graphic design, when needed.

Your Profile
🎓 A degree in product design, industrial design, interaction design, or a related field.
🖌️ Junior/Mid-level designer with a minimum of one year of experience or relevant internships.
📂 A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
🛠️ Proficient with tools such as Figma, Protopie, and Miro.
🗣️ Strong communication skills to effectively advocate for design ideas.
🌍 Able to work independently and contribute a unique perspective to the team.
💻 Knowledge of web technologies or the ability to read and write code is a bonus.
